We are key

The project

There are two main goals for this project: create a brand for We Are Key and design and build a website for them.

We Are Key is a recruitment agency based in Amsterdam. They focus not only providing hotels with, and recruiting, high quality staff, but also on the growth of their employees through their training programs. Moreover, with the slogan of “where people are the key to success”, We Are Key values togetherness and teamwork in a group of people. In addition to the values, the target groups (working professionals with the ambition to grow professional and personally) are central to the creation of the brand.

As for the website, the main focus behind the design and framework is to recruit the targeted audience. This was achieved with the help of flowcharts designing the customer journey, accompanied with a modern and vivid design.

The result

The result is a strong corporate identity that suits the company together with a custom built website that perfectly matches their new style. Together these elements convince potential customers and employees that Wearekey is a reliable partner/employer in the field of hospitality and recruitment. The website also makes sure that all important information and vacancies can be found quickly and easily,
